This Monoblock efficiently processes still liquids, such as water and wine. Notably, FIMER manufactured this machine in 1999, ensuring an operational capacity of up to 4500 bottles per hour (BPH) for bottling 0.75-liter glass containers. Additionally, this unit currently remains in storage, ready for immediate use.
This machine operates with a clockwise rotation, which allows it to move containers smoothly and continuously through each treatment station. Consequently, this rotational design synchronizes the rinsing, filling, and capping cycles precisely, which helps to maximize productivity and minimize bottling interruptions. As a result, the machine maintains efficient workflow throughout the process.
This unit connects to a 380 V power supply and operates with 6.5 kW of power at a frequency of 50 Hz. Therefore, these specifications match most industrial networks, providing ample power for each bottling stage.
With 20 grippers in the rinsing station, the machine treats each bottle with a single rinse to prepare it for filling. Given this setup, the Monoblock can rinse containers quickly and effectively, removing any residues and thus readying them for the filling phase.
In the filling section, the machine uses 20 fixed valves with a gravity or light vacuum system, ensuring that it fills each bottle evenly. Moreover, this design maintains speed and precision, achieving a steady output of up to 4500 BPH. Consequently, this filling method suits still products like water and wine, preserving their properties and, equally important, preventing turbulence.
The capping station is equipped with three heads for aluminum screw caps and three for straight cork stoppers. In this way, the machine can accommodate different closure types, including 31×18 mm caps. Therefore, this versatility ensures tight, protective seals on containers after filling.
Finally, this Monoblock includes advanced safety systems, which protect both operators and containers throughout use. Furthermore, these safety features provide additional reliability, ensuring the machine’s consistent functionality.
