The BERTOLASO used bottling line for still wine and alcoholic beverages operates at different speeds depending on the bottle size. Firstly, the machine fills 0.75 L bottles at a maximum speed of 4000 bottles per hour (BPH). Additionally, it processes 1.5 L bottles at 3000 BPH. Meanwhile, the Cobert Ambra 24 filling machine from 1995 ensures precise and reliable filling. For capping, the line uses two machines: the Bertolaso Sigma from 1995 and the SIEM Ta77 from 2007, which provide compatibility with various cap types. In this way, the system maintains versatility.

Additional support machines

Moreover, the line includes an Enos capsuling machine from 2002. Similarly, it also uses two labeling machines: the P.E. Labellers Modular Plus 450-5-4P-0-2 from 2014 and the BRB Globus Mega-s from 1999, which applies labels with cold glue. Afterward, the Bortolin case erector from 1994 forms the cases, while the Bortolin case packer, also from 1994, packs them. Finally, the SOCO System case sealer from 1998 seals the cases. At the end of the process, the Cosmapack palletizer and pallet wrapper from 2002 handle the palletizing and wrapping procedures.
