Used CFT Oil Filling Monoblock – Comaco 6000 bph – Overview

This second-hand CFT–COMACO RVAR 6/10 + TA/3 is a volumetric piston filling and press-on capping monoblock engineered for edible oil. Built in 2008 and currently in production, it is a proven asset for industrial packaging environments looking to expand or upgrade a used bottling line.

We can sell it as-is (see and like) or with revamping and preventive maintenance operations to prepare the monoblock for production.

Revamping & Preventive Maintenance Activities

If required, the following revamping activities can be carried out to ensure reliability and readiness for production:

  • Assembly of machine parts at KBB workshop
  • General machine cleaning
  • General lubrication (greasing, oil level check and possible replacement)
  • Inspection of rubber parts (belts and gaskets) with replacement if necessary
  • Machine start-up: check of circuit integrity and correct functioning in manual/automatic modes
  • Verification of format change equipment availability and integrity

  • 3 capping heads with PP320 press-on heads and positive pick (vacuum-assisted)
  • Rated capacity: up to 6000 cph for PET press-on caps
  • Pitch circle diameter 360 mm; machine pitch 377 mm
  • Pick & place cap transfer; hardened steel cam for head pistons
  • Automatic electric turret height adjustment; centralized lubrication shared with filler
  • Two cap elevators, each with 300 L covered hopper, cleated belts, and low-level control; mobile stainless steel frames on wheels

  • Press-on caps: 31/17 (1 L PET), 38/24 (2 L PET), 51/24 (3–5–10 L PET); flex-spout common to all tinplate formats

Advanced Automation & Control Systems

  • Siemens PLC: SIEMENS S7 E300 with operator controls for automatic and manual modes; inverter-driven main motion with increased power to drive the capper via gears
  • Automatic turret height adjustment (filler and capper)
  • Micrometric volume adjustment via cam reducer; adjustable even during machine motion
  • Volume compensation versus product temperature (automatic correction for ±2 °C delta)
  • Per-doser volume fine correction
  • NO CAN–NO FILL device prevents valve opening without a container
  • Product level control in hopper with min/max/emergency signals; emergency level triggers machine stop
  • Pneumatic system with pressure reducer group and pressure switch for automatic stop on low air pressure
  • Cap presence control on outfeed and capping-completed verification
  • Container presence/reading control and tinplate container orientation system at infeed
  • Internal machine lighting for enhanced visibility

Production Line Integration Capabilities

Designed to slot into a used bottling line for edible oil within industrial packaging settings:

  • Integrated container conveyor in stainless steel with synchronization screws, infeed extension and loading table
  • Transfer starwheel between filler and capper
  • Product changeover system with recovery tank beneath the track, stainless discharge piping and coupling to plant lines; dedicated pump included
  • Standard electrical interfaces and signaling via Siemens PLC for upstream/downstream equipment
  • Note: monoblock includes filler and press-on capper; no rinser or blowing machine is included
