The Nortan 8 + 8 + 8 capsuling machine from 2003 is a powerful and reliable machine. With a voltage of 380 V and an absorption of 12 kW, it has a mass of 3200 kg and is completely overhauled and guaranteed.

It has a clockwise machine input sense and an onboard PLC with analog keypad. With a long autonomy magazine, the capsuling machine can work continuously with heat-shrinking caps, rolling polylaminate and sparkling capsulone.

The rotary carousel has 8 plates and has a footprint of about 4 meters, including a series of equipment used for 0.75 bottles of still wine. The Used Capsuling Machine Nortan Prisma has accessories for 5 different bottle formats, capable of handling 190 mm and 370 mm high bottles.

The maximum speed on shrink capsules is 8000 bph, 6000 bph on tin capsules and sparkling wine capsules. The times for the overhaul depend on the availability of the warehouse and on the work already present in the workshop and the machine is guaranteed for 6 months on the replaced parts.
